Svistsilnik Fedor Michailovich was born in 1966 in Ukrain – The motherland of T.G. Shvschenko.

He studied in Odessa in ex royal painting school, where studied to paint Vrubel, Brodskiy and others famous painters.

Destiny has abandoned him in Belarus, the motherland of Yanka Kupala and Mark Shagal.
