Svistilnik Fyodor Mikhailovich. He was born in 1966 in Cherkassin in Ukraine. In Shpola, he studied at the art school with a teacher Anatoly Maksimovich Chernyavsky. And in 1983 he entered the Odessa Art College named after Grekov. He defended his diploma in 1991 under the direction of Zakharchenko Valentin Andreevich. In the same year, Fyodor Mikhailovich with his young wife, ceramic artist, Elena Vladimirovna, moved to Belorussia, to the Radoshkovichi settlement, where she organized the art school. Actively develops pedagogical and creative activity in the field of oil painting and graphics.
